Because these downloadable files are made instantly accessible across multiple channels the exact second you pay, the sale is final and orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process is complete.
Exceptions for Technical Errors The only exception to our strict no-refund policy is in the event of a documented technical billing error, such as a double charge.
